Special performance information: In addition to the listed dates that have tickets for sale, this show will also have a free performance at the Old Dutch Church on Feb. 26th, 7pm and an additional Sunday performance on Feb. 22nd at a different location!  The Sunday Feb. 22nd performance (at 7pm) will be held at Boughton Place in Highland NY and it will be first come first served, cash and venmo only. In case of cancellation due to weather emergency we will hold a make up performance at the Old Dutch Church on Sunday Feb. 23rd, 7pm. 

Why do a free performance? It will be our pick up rehearsal between show weekends, and, far more importantly, our company believes that live theater should be accessible to everyone in the community. Please spread the word about this performance, especially to those who say they can't make it due to cost. We will still be accepting donations at the door for those who wish to give. Any profit off this performance and the entire run goes to paying the cast and crew. 

About the play: The devil is here and moves through the village of Edmonton with the easy hungry charm of a therapist in sales, sparking desire and discord in the townsfolk…until he meets the witch. A powerful connection is formed, hidden loves are painfully revealed, and the world stands on the brink of transformation in Jen Silverman’s biting dark comedy about the fragile hope for something better, that lives in all of us. 

About the team: A Gal and a Pal Productions was founded by long time theater making partners and friends  Anika Winters and Trine Boode-Petersen. They met at an audition in 2017, and fueled by a shared desire make the type of theater they are moved by. They started making intimate theater performance, finding and writing scripts that have unique characters that move the story and audiences alike.  For each new production they gather their passionate and talented friends and make amazing shows that leave audiences enthralled.
